Arnold Fasteners (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. Arnold Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG， founded in 1898， is a fasteners manufacturing company in Germany. In 2007， there were 550 employees with an annual output of 3.6 billion parts. The turnover reached Euro 85 million with 60% exporting products. The fasteners products mainly are used in the automotive and electronics industries. In 1994 the Würth Group acquired Arnold as an independent subsidiary within the group.
