Job Objectives/工作目标:
-Doing sales and marketing of fasteners in China and try to achieve the target as shown in /销售紧固件产品,根据《2011年凯乐金霸销售业绩提成方案》完成销售指标
-Good customer relationship management ability/良好的客户沟通能力
-Development of new customers to broaden company’s customers base through various channels/通过多种渠道开发新客户以扩大公司客户群
-Serve, manage and maintain individual customers in a timely and cost-effective manner/及时并有效地为客户提供服务
-Coordinate with all internal functions to ensure all customers’ satisfaction to be met/与公司其他部门协调合作以确保客户的满意
-Collect as much information as possible to support the sales manager to analyze market and competitors’ situation/为部门经理提供信息，协助部门经理分析市场及竞争对手的状况
-participate exhibitions and promotion tours/参加行业展览会，促进销售
Requirements/要求:
-College degree or above in mechanical and engineering background/机械工程专业、大专或大专以上学历
-At least 2 years of sales experience in mechanical industry, sales experience in fastening industry will be a plus/两年以上机械行业销售经历，有紧固件销售经验者尤佳
-Good language communication skills, oral English or German will be a plus/良好的语言沟通能力，有英语或德语口语能力者优先
-Familiar with MS Office/熟悉MS Office操作
-Able to travel frequently，and has driver’s license will be a plus/能经常出差,有驾驶证者优先
-Personality: self-initiative, flexible, responsive and imaginative/工作积极主动，思路清晰灵活，反应敏捷。
