Responsibilities:
1.Lead teams within China Accounting Hub to deploy Buy to Pay strategy, thereby driving management communications and alignment, and managing senior local stakeholders (local heads of finance and/or finance business partners).
2.Manage the structure in terms of financial and operational performance, compliance as well as problem resolution through root cause analysis and escalation process and involvement in dispute councils.
3.Initiate, drive and support process improvements by innovation and harmonization in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Leads improvement projects; cross sector, cross country。
4.Review and improve the performance of the execution of the outsourced processes
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or the above in accounting/finance or the related, Medium accountancy qualification
2.A minimum of 5 years experience in financial, including a minimum of 3 years working experience as finance supervisor at FIE
3.Proficient with corporate finance, accouting and cost controlling
4.Good leadership, communication skills and teamwork sprit
5.Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP)
