工作职责：

l Attend Inquiry analysis and feasibility study, give quick response to other department and customers;
参与新项目询价分析和可行性研究；
l Fully understand customer needs on each part and related technical standards;
正确理解客户需求以及相关技术标准；
l Responsible for process and tool design of new product, and express them in formal documentation.
负责新产品的工艺和工具设计，并制定相应的正式文件；
l Solving problem in the whole test production process, and take related technical documentation updation.
解决试生产阶段的实际问题，并对相关文件进行更新；
l Promoting the current production process and tool, so as to make our production more efficient and more economical, for example: promoting the life time of tool.
改进现有的生产工艺和模具，以使得生产更加高效和经济，例如：提高模具寿命。
l According to customer needs and currently equipment capability design production technology for production process on reasonable productivity and cost. And offer professional suggestion on product function if necessary;
根据客户需要以及当前设备能力，在保证合理产出效率以及生产成本前提下设计产品生产工艺，必要时应给予客户产品功能方面的专业建议；
l Trace the customer engineering information and industry technical standards updating;
时刻关注客户技术信息及行业内技术标准更新；
l Give technical support to floor production;
为生产第一线提供技术支持
l Draft technical document for production;
工艺文件编制
l Cooperate with sales on all customer needs changing based on customer focus and company profits;
与销售人员合作应对客户需求变更，致力于聚焦客户需求并确保公司利益
l Cooperate with purchaser and offer technical support on new supplier developing;
在新供应商开发方面向采购人员提供必要的技术支持
l Keep continuous improving on tool design for high productivity and lowering tool cost;
不断改进设计工艺（尤其是模具设计）提高生产效率，降低模具成本。
l Keep the files and work records in order and make clear mark on them, update the files on time;
确保各种工作文件、记录放置到易查询到的位置，做好标示，并对各种文件及时进行更新，并做到各种文件保管得当，查询方便;
l Be responsible for engineering work place 5S, and ensure that work place clean and in order;
负责技术部办公室内的自己座位附近的5S管理，确保工作场所、操作台、各种产品存放区干净、整洁、有序（符合公司各种标示要求）；
l Dress proper work protection before going to the operating position, pay attention to self safety in work;
遵守公司安全制度，注意工作中的自我安全防护;
l Collecting the lack information of various office items and propose corresponding requirements to avoid the its effect on normal work
手机办公物品的短缺信息并提出相应的采购需求，确保不因此类物品的短缺造成工作的中断；
l Report and transfer the engineering information to direct manager and other departments on time to ensure there is no delay for engineering issue in business ;
第一时间将技术信息汇报给主管及通知公司其他相关部门，确保不因技术问题影响整个生产、销售、PPAP订单的按时完成；
l Report the work problem to production director, and do not cover and delay any problem;
及时将工作中的问题反映给生产总监，做到不掩盖、不拖延；
l Give engineering training to other employees;
培训其他员工技术；
l Attend training arranged by company or for company on time and take the training content into work;
积极参加公司组织或因公司而发生的培训，并将培训内容转化到工作中；
l Accept business trip and customer visit based on company business request;
接受因公司业务而产生的国内、外出差及客户拜访；
l Arrange self work flexible;
本岗位采用不定时工作制；
l Can meet urgent work requirement and temporary work assignments outside of JD, and will give full work support to engineering manager and other departments.
愿意给技术经理和其他部门全力的工作支持，可以接受《工作描述》（JD）外、临时的、加急的及额外的合理工作委派。

任职要求：

Basic knowledge and experience for machining operation
机加工基本知识与经验
Cold forging knowledge and related calculation
冷成型原理和相关计算
Be good at application of AutoCAD and MS office( word, excel)
绘图软件AutoCAD和办公软件( word, excel)
Basic English skill for reading and writing regarding engineering issues, CET6 or above
关于工程技术事项的基本英语读写能力，英语6级以上
