Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the artwork and production of all marketing communication materials to ensure the brand image is correctly presented and delivered
2. Manage and coordinate with print suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of quality output
3. Communicate with Marketing Manager, develop creative concepts and design layouts for the marketing and communication tools, like catalogues, brochures, posters, X-racks, etc.
4. Manage the graphic designer team and assign proper tasks
5. Lead the designer team, have clear work plan and control the implementation of each work process

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years related working experience
2. Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or equivalent related experience
3. Working experience with famous International brands and 4A company is preferred
4. Strong ability in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
5. Take the lead in assigned projects as senior designer
6. Good presentation skills, able to handle design presentation and reviews
7. Fluent English and Chinese (working language)

4. 熟练运用Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign等设计软件
5. 资深设计师能带领设计团队完成指派项目
6. 良好的演讲能力，能够独立进行设计展示及评述
7. 熟练使用中文及英文进行工作
