Functional area:
1. Employee on board management, contract and compensation files delivery and collection
2. Probation and contract extension process, one-on-one talk, termination interview and handling of labor disputes
3. Salary, Social insurance, House fund calculation, print pay slip and delivery. Issue finance monthly payroll, insurance, commercial insurance report. Monthly salary, bonus, commission calculate
4. Assist to draft the company's HR related regulations and process, submit to a higher authority for approval and implementation
5. Keep good communication with Human Resource agency, make sure HR opreations smoonthly
6. Update and complete company organization chart
7. MER maintain and update
8. Attendance and leave / holiday management
9. Collect and screen the resumes and make phone, assist departments to arrange the interview and follow up the results, traking candidate on board
10. Assist to design, training requirements analysis, implement the employee training program
11. Cooperation with the Innovation center in Shenyang
12. Assist to organise the company staff activities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 3 years working experience in HR function
3. Familiar with national and local labor law, regulations, plolicies and procedures
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent english verbal and written communication skills
6. Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can work under certain pressure
7. Good health condition
