? Technical Trainer
产品培训师

Major Responsibilities主要职能：
1. Carry out sales and product trainings according to annual training plan
按照公司培训计划，进行产品和销售培训；
2. Coordinate with entities to implement training activities and keep improving
协助分公司开展和实施销售培训活动，并持续改进培训方法和内容；
3. Control the process of trainings and ensure the quality to fulfill plan
负责培训实施中的考核、评估，并对培训效果进行检验；
4. Follow up the action plans after trainings
负责培训实施后的跟进，包括协助分公司完成行动方案；
5. Life circle management on training products, e.g. purchase and profile
负责各地培训工作室的产品管理,包括:采购,归档及使用等；
6. User management and course development of the eTraining platform
负责公司在线培训平台用户的管理和跟进，以及协助完成课程更新；
7. Coordinate with the HQ to localize new products and systems
协助集团新产品、项目在中国市场的推进和应用；
8. Coordinate with related projects and report to line manager
负责其他相关项目的组织和开展，并向直线经理汇报 。
Education Background学历要求:
? Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历
? Mechanic/Chemical or other related major机械、化工或其他相关专业

Competences Request技能要求:
1、 Basic English skills in speaking/listening/writing
具备良好英语基础，能够进行简单的听说读写；
2、 Good MS office knowledge, and very good skill of excel application
熟练使用办公软件，并擅长利用EXCEL进行各类数据统计及分析;
3、 Down to the earth Team spirit in heart, ready to learn and solution oriented
有较强的学习和适应能力，优秀的团队合作精神；
4、 Adapt to frequent business trip
能适应频繁出差者优先；
5、 3 years working experience in the related field would be an advantage
具备3年以上相关领域工作经验者优先
